That was one of the best game I've played in! I have a new out look on playing in the deep woods...pretty cool to sneak up on a whole squad and watch them scatter like rats lol. I am very surprised at the lost. We dominated the first day and the second day they were all pinned at there insertion point. Here might be the answer

This was prolly the best place for a scenerio with that many people I have played at.
Very well orginized refing was great and just constant play and battles breaking out every where.

all the people I met were frendly and helpfull.

I think though that the game was given to tippman after they lost the last 2 years running, but thats just my opinion.

Also the World general gave NWI honorable mention he stated " that we were out there constantly in the thick of things and was a great help to the World Team" gratz boys well done!!!

this was Posted about the outcome of the TWC game.

We gave Tippmann Highlands for basically the entire 4th quarter just so they could insert and we kept mowing them down as they inserted. They managed to hold West Point for a little bit too I believe, but probably not for more than 30 min.

For some reason CIA also had them holding City for a while even after we cleared it out within the first 10 minutes. A few of us saw the Red on the CIA map at City and went out to see just a yellow colonel there and the flag was yellow and had been for over an hour even though I personally heard the ref call in the flag switch when we took it. We told the ref to radio in and the CIA response was "Sin City is changed to yellow"

So... Tippmann at an approximate scenario for the Q4 is (60*3*3)+(30*3)+(4*60)=870

World held EVERYTHING except Highlands and the short West Point stint the rest of the time... so (3*2.5*60)+(4*60*2)+(14*3*60)=3450

I don't know about this colonel with penalties but I never saw him, which is good because I'd have smacked him for ever reinserting.

Either way Tippmann didn't shoot out World at a 2:1 ratio (probably more like World shooting Tippmann at a 3:1) and I highly doubt there was enough penalties to warrant an exchange of around 3400 points...

Also, I'm not sure what the rule is with Helicopters but I'm personally going to be calling/emailing Hell Survivors to request them to add some sort of sound signature to the Helicopters. I was shot twice by helicopters, both at close range without ever knowing they were there. First time was end of Q3 when one came from outside the tapeline deadzone where we had the Tippmann pinned down at their insertion point (AGAIN!). He said "Surrender!" and within half a second shot me 3 times in the back from about 5 feet without even giving me a chance to give up. The second time was Q4 at the other insertion pindown and he came in through the player exit and shot me a good 10 times-3 in the head, 2 in the neck, and 5 in the side and back before I knew he was even there. Not only is that horribly uncool it's also ridiculously dangerous.

Anyone have this sort of experience as well?

World Team FTW. Tippmann probably would've pulled Sponsorship if they lost another year in a row.

This was a great field- very professionally-run. They really had the setup to handle a large amount of players. I would definitely play here again and I look forward to out next event here.

The game itself was also great, the field is cool with lots of variety, the refs were where they needed to be, and I had a lot of fun.

I quote Bart "the chicken is pretty good...to bad they make us eat like savages"

I laughted my butt off when he said that
