I don't mind doing 5 and 4. We shouldn't really have that much gear in the room, probably only your guns if you are worried about them getting jacked, no need to lug in your whole gear bag to just take it back out again the next day....what hotel are we thinking about staying at?

http://kensingtoninn.com/ which is 11 mile from the field
unless we up grade to Ann Arbor which has everything but its 22 miles from the field....agian I up for what ever we decide.

I'm fine with the Kensington inn again. It will be nothing but Paintballers staying there and we can walk right next door for beers.

I say we reserve 3 or even 4 rooms. I'm pretty sure there is just a 24 hour cancellation policy so this way if more people decide to go (Shoe, Oldschool etc) we don't have to worry about not having enough room. Last year kevin and I had a room reserved but cancelled the night before once we decided to pack allin one room.

Just a suggestion

Yeah, there were a LOT of paintballers there tailgating plus everything is on ground level...you can park right by your door...no stairs, hallways or elevators to screw with. I think were all in agreement so,Ill reserve an none smoking room for 5..thats Sam and I and who ever for the other 2 or 3.

Alright I have 3 non-smoking rooms reserved.
I'll can cancel the 3rd room with 48 hours notice but I wanted to have the flexibility in case we get a few more guys that want to go.
It's $69 per room so we'll divide that by however many people end up in each room.
