P, do you want to stay at the same place and arrive at the same time?
With this many guys we may need a bigger room or up grade to better motel with one large room.

If you pre reg before Aug 1st it would be;
Two day reg $55
Paint $51.95 per case
Motel we will split but I got to get a head count first.
Gas...its 3.25 hrs or 225 miles. We may be able to pool some people together

My van will fit 5 - 6, depends how much gear we carry but I do have a luggage rack that if you have gear bags we can put them up top but I'm also looking into the dome containers.

You are going to have more then double the luggage then a normal road trip.
We could put all the luggage in my van and all the people in yours.

I'm thinking about booking a spot up front to put our staging tent. The locker thing was good for a few guys but It would be nice to have a tent up there. I'll see what they charge for that
