| Hotel is booked for check in on July 10 and check out on July 12, total is $173.33. Divided by 6, that's $28.88 per person for the whole weekend. Oh, and we got 2 rooms, one smoking and one non-smoking. |

| It looks like I may have a prior engagement on that Sunday. Which means I'll probably be driving home late Saturday night after night play. |

Bout time we get to thinking about logistics on this event. They have areas where we could set up tents and stuff, if we were so inclined. We could fit our stuff and bodies in 2 cars, I imagine. I can drive my Buick, which is huge. Who else wants to drive? I assume that P will ride by himself.

yeah I'll be leaving after night play so I have to drive solo. That means I'll only be staying Friday night as well. |

| We can leave anytime on Friday. We will be staying at the hotel that night. I don't think anyone will want to play the exhibition night game on Friday night when paint is $69 a case. I get off work at 4:30 and I could meet you in Crown Point at 5:15 or so. |

Called them, they said that setting up Friday would be fine. There should be plenty of room for our tent, even the big one. Their gates open at noon on Friday. If we leave Crown Point by 6, it's about a 3 hour drive, putting us there at 10pm their time. The camp site is open that night, so we shouldn't have a problem getting in, plus there will be a night game going on that starts at 9. We can set up the tent then.
Obviously, the earlier we leave the better, but I don't know if people will be able to get away from work. Any thoughts? |

| Ok, Bart and I figured it out like this: Painter and 2x in the van. P by himself. Oldguy, Lurch and I in the other car. I am willing to drive my Buick, unless anyone else really wants to drive. |

OK Lurch, Painter and I did some figuring yesterday, and we could probably fit all our crap plus the tent in your minivan and my car. That way Painter doesn't have to drive to every event on our schedule. That will leave the ride situation like this:
P - by himself in his Jeep.
Lurch - driving minivan
Painter - in minivan or car
2x - in minivan or car
Old Guy - in minivan or car
Nads - driving car
