Hey Bart has the big tent officially been reassigned to RV duty?
should we bring the EZ ups or just get there early and take over one of the new shelters?

Yes, the tent is on RV assignment....I suggest we have someone there early or call them to reserve the pavilion. Ill bring extra plastic for the sides if there calling for wind or rain.

I will be there when they open, any preference on a pavilion ? If I don't hear back I am going to set up at the pavilion we shared with WOW at command and conquer.

grab the one with some grass please....that other had sand and man I had sand all over my equipment
