It was a beautiful day on Sunday. We almost pulled off a German win, but even though we completely won the final battle, we still lost.

well it wasnt a real though out scenerio....first day we spen 2 hours on 1 field with out any clear mission or objectives.we were on the German side and wasn't allowed to advance very far this also didnt have any effect on the later part of the game.

Keep in mind this field has been open for just over a year and has a ton of potental.I think they need to add more to the fields as they have way to many pallets and spools.

second day was bettor then the first and we got to play more fields that included the Normandy field where we played for 2 hours on the first day and a woods and spool/pallet field and one with some plywood buildings at the top of a valley over looking the spool/pallet field.

what really frosted my butt was they were running a private party on probably the best field they had and we wernt allowed to use that field for both days.

The pro shop and bathrooms were very clean and if you shoot a tippman/bt marker they were well stocked with items for these markers.if you shoot any other maker you are SOL as they dont even carry an oring for any thing else.

all in all I am going to wait a couple years befor I go back there again hopefully they will work the bugs and kinks out of there operations

The game started off poorly, with a way too long battle on a small field that had one objective. Movement was restricted (we couldn't push past an arbitrary line) and the game turned into a paint-wasting extravaganza. Sadly, that field and scenario were well-built (it had landing ships with opening doors and sand dunes for the germans to shoot from) and would have been much cooler if the first section of the game had only lasted 30 minutes or something. By the time that game finished, the rain was pouring, and lightning kept intruding into the games. The final portion of the day was pretty exciting when we were on the field. The missions were minimal, but the field rewards aggressive movements and there are plenty of bunkers for cover. Sunday played a lot better, the weather was nice, and the final battle was played in the town portion. Overall, it wasn't much of a "scenario" and it felt more like a big game.

Oh yeah, the reffing was spectacular. There were refs everywhere. If you needed a paint check, you got it in seconds.

The field was okay. They had real nice facilities but you can tell the field is new as there was not much there. They scheduled private groups at the same time as the scenario game so we never played the entire field. We spend a couple hours playing on a field that was nothing more than pallets leaned up against each other in a small old farm field. Combine that with constant insertions and no objectives and that adds up to a waste of time in a hurry. After lunch the game moved into the woods which was still small and nothing more than a bunch of spools thrown in the woods. The reffing was good, actually good to a fault. They would chrono your gun right while you are in the middle of a gun fight. They can also take their 15ft rule and cram it.

The weather really sucked on Saturday so that just made everything 10 times worse. There was a few times we had to leave the field due to lightning.

I didn't stay for Sunday but it sounds like things were a little better.

It would take some seriously cool format and significant field improvements to get me to go back down for a scenario.

I'd give it a 3/10
